Tip of the week ~ Self-massage tight glutes and help relieve sciatic pain with a foam roller. Sit on the foam roller with knees bent. Cross your right ankle (foot flexed) over the left thigh (just above the knee) and rock side to side opening up your hips and massaging your glutes for at least 30 seconds. Repeat on other side.
On September 8, 2009 I began a four year Masters program in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I love what I do, and will continue to work throughout my studies. I look forward to learning new skills such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, tui na, tai chi, and moxibustion.
